All PMELL coaches and volunteers must complete all of the clearances listed below - no exceptions! If we do NOT receive your clearances, you will NOT be allowed to participate in PMELL activities.1. PA Child Abuse (free) - from Dept Human Services, required to coach/volunteer in PA *
2. PA Criminal Record (free) - from State Police, required to coach/volunteer in PA *

* Clearances #1, #2 and #3 (above) are valid for 5 years. Previously obtained clearances, NO OLDER THAN 5 years, are acceptable.
4. Abuse Awareness Training (free), required by Little League International - all volunteers/coaches **
5. JD Palatine (aka JDP) Background Check, required by Little League International - all volunteers/coaches **

NOTE: additional training (Little League Diamond Leader) is required for coaches participating in tournament play (i.e. All Stars).
